I've been traveling through Europe and loving every minute of it…which I've been gauging with my new model of Panerei watches. I'm so glad whenever I need to check the time or if someone asks me what time it is! I got it before taking off on this journey. While on this trip, I've really appreciate more than ever the fact of having the free time to travel. I've also made it a point to appreciate all kinds of places to stay and different types of locations. For example, I've had a wonderful time in different ways staying in a fabulous hotel, an inviting pensione, and a charming bed and breakfast. I like to stay in all sorts of different places and neighborhoods. My range of interests include an inspiring historic center of a town, a posh, modern area of a city, or a remote, quaint village. I also like to travel with my own schedule and steam. Package tours are perfect for some forms of travel, like when time is tight. However, I like to do things on my own and meet lots of people along the way. With the internet, it's so easy to look up lodgings and make arrangements on one's own. I'm making the absolute most of that ease!

Although a hotel in Paris can be costly, there are ways to reduce the cost simply by selecting a hotel outside of the main city or perhaps booking in advance.

Cap d'Agde is an oceanside resort in southern France with a wide, sun-drenched beach, interesting shops and restaurants and daily activities like beach volleyball and windsurfing. However, this is not your typical resort because the entire town of 40,000 is also a nudist colony.

It is common for tourists to rent a France villa on Cap d'Agde vacations, but there are also rental apartments, a campground and one hotel, the Hotel Eve. It is not a luxury hotel, but it does feature a large heated pool, a sauna, a 24 hour lounge and a staff that speaks English. The campground is the site of the original nudist colony, and has more than 2500 plots. You can bring a tent or rent one of the permanently-parked mobile homes or chalets. Tourists should keep in mind that nudity is obligatory in this resort town, and if you try to wear even a speedo or bikini on the beach local authorities will kindly ask you to remove it.

As hotel room rates in Ireland have fallen over 4% in the last year, the country has officially become the cheapest destination on the continent when it comes to finding inexpensive hotels in Europe. The current average hotel room rate in Ireland has fallen to 79 Euros, which on a year over year basis is back to 2004 levels.

This is in contrast to the global hotel market, where hotel prices have risen by an average of 2% in 2010. Dublin has now become one of the best travel values of major cities around the world, with an average room rate that falls below the national average at 73 Euros, while Kilkenny remains the most expensive destination in the country with rates of 112 Euros a night on average. Dublin experienced a steeper decline in prices than any other Western European city, falling by 6% a year. However, the rate of deflation in Irish hotel prices seems to be stabilizing compared to 2009, which saw room rates fall at 21% annually.
